He has done his MD in Dermatology, Sexually transmitted diseases & Leprosy from the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry (ranked among the top 3 medical colleges in India).

Dr. Nishant has trained under the able guidance of his father & is well versed with the treatment for various skin, hair and nail disorders. He also performs the latest cosmetic procedures like Botox, Fillers, Peels, Dermabrasion, Dermaroller, hair transplants etc.
He has to his credit published scientific papers in international journals dedicated to hair.

Work & achievements:
Invited as a faculty member to present a study on “Trichoscopy of cicatricial and non-cicatricial alopecias” in the National CME on Dermatoscopy at Seth G.S Medical College and KEM Hospital Mumbai, Jan 2012.
Presented a study on “Dermoscopy of non-cicatricial alopecias” in the World congress of Dermatology at Vancouver, Canada, 2015. Was awarded a prestigious scholarship for the same.
Presented a study on “Dermoscopy of cicatricial and non-cicatricial alopecias” in the International congress of Trichology at Mahabalipuram, 2012.
Co-investigator in a project entitled: “Dermoscopic study of Discoid lupus erythematosus patients attending dermatology department at JIPMER”.
Presented paper in a national conference on a study titled, “Dermoscopic study of non-cicatricial and cicatricial alopecias at DERMACON, Ahmedabad 2013.
M.D dissertation: “Dermoscopic study of hair shaft disorders and alopecias from a tertiary care center in south India”.
Elected as SECRETARY of Indian medical association (IMA), Nashik road in 2021.
